Nothing about you personally. There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, no contacts access and no advertising identifier. We run no analytics and no advertising SDK.
If you buy Date Night Pro, we use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction for that purchase and a randomly generated app user ID that it creates on your device. That ID is not your name, email, Apple Account or advertising identifier, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites. It exists so that "Restore purchases" works and so Pro follows you to a new phone. Nothing you create in the app — no memory, note, photo, rating or card you have seen — is ever sent to RevenueCat or to us.
If you allow it, the app reads your approximate coordinate once to calculate tonight's sunset and golden-hour times. That calculation runs entirely on your device; the coordinate is not stored and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Declining simply hides those figures.
Saved memories, notes, photos, ratings, card progress and settings are written to your device's local storage only. Deleting the app deletes that data. We cannot access it, recover it, or see it.
If you attach a photo to a memory, the app copies it into its own private container on your device. Photos are never uploaded anywhere. The app requests photo access only at the moment you choose to attach one.
The optional weekly date-night reminder is scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No notification is sent from a server, and enabling it transmits nothing.
Date Night Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never see your card details or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Date Night is intended for adults in relationships and is rated 17+. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Since we collect nothing, no change can retroactively affect data we hold — because we hold none.
Date Night provides date-night suggestions, conversation and dare cards, and a private local scrapbook. All content is for entertainment purposes. It is not advice of any professional kind, including relationship, medical or psychological advice.
The free tier is a daily taste of the app: one date idea per day, five Warm Up cards and ten Would You Rather pairs per day, up to three saved memories, all supported languages, and the daily and weekly reminders.
Date Night Pro unlocks unlimited date ideas with filters, every deck (including all future decks), unlimited memories with photos, taste-based suggestions and reminder customization. Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan may include a free trial; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple Account is charged the yearly price shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. We may change what the free tier includes in future versions; purchases already made are never taken away.
Dares and suggestions are invitations, never obligations — skip any card at any time. Some suggestions involve activities outside the home. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with local law. Do not use the app while driving.
The Spicy deck contains flirtatious, suggestive content intended for adults. It is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled in the app's settings.
All in-app text, card content, artwork and design are owned by the developer and may not be redistributed or resold.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
