Read to Unlock helps you manage screen time by locking apps you choose and unlocking them after a short reading session. It is a self-control aid, not a parental-control or security product, and we do not guarantee it will prevent access to any app in all circumstances.
The app offers a 3-day free trial. Continued use afterwards requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly, auto-renewing) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Built-in reading texts are public-domain works. PDFs you import are your responsibility; only import content you have the right to use.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and you must comply with applicable law while using it.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
