These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Photobooth: Photo Strips (the "App"), published by 247pro ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App lets you compose photo strips and short videos from photos/videos you select, apply layouts, templates, filters, and on-device background removal, and export the result to your Photos library. It also offers an optional "Booth Mode" kiosk feature for events, using the device camera and a local-network-only web server so guests can retrieve their own copy via QR code.
You retain all rights to the photos and videos you import into and create with the App. We claim no ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to any photo or video you use, and for how you share strips or videos you create (including via Booth Mode's QR sharing) with others.
The App offers the following in-app purchases, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

Photobooth Plus Lifetime and Event Pass are one-time, non-consumable purchases. Event Pass unlocks the applicable Booth features for 48 hours starting from the time of purchase; it does not renew and is not refundable once the window has started, except as required by Apple's or applicable law's refund policies.
You can restore prior non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions on a new or reinstalled copy of the App using the "Restore Purchases" option, tied to the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We use RevenueCat solely to validate receipts and track which entitlements are active on your device; RevenueCat does not process your payment and does not receive your payment card details.
Booth Mode's guest-download server is intended for use on networks you control (e.g., your event Wi-Fi). You are responsible for the network environment you run it on and for complying with any venue or network policies. We are not responsible for network conditions, interference, or third-party device behavior outside the App's control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, network, or Photos library configuration. On-device filters, background removal, and layout composition are automated processes and may not always produce a perfect result.
This is a photography/creative tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice of any kind, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as such.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 247pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, or videos, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable purchase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device; deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings as described above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
