OneTap Pharmacy — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

TürkçeEnglishDeutsch
In short: OneTap Pharmacy has no accounts, collects no personal data, stores nothing on any server of ours, and contains no ads or analytics trackers. Your location is used on your device only, to find the pharmacy nearest to you.

1. Data we collect

None. The app has no server of ours. We collect no name, email, phone number, device identifier, advertising identifier or usage statistics. No sign-up is required.

2. Location

3. Third-party services

To retrieve pharmacy information, the app sends anonymous requests to the public services below. These requests carry no identity of yours — only the geographic area being searched.

These services may keep standard technical information (such as IP addresses) in their own server logs. We have no access to, and no control over, those logs.

4. Advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising, ad networks, analytics tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK and the like) or cookies. We do not track you across apps or devices. In the App Store's "App Privacy" section, the app is declared as "Data Not Collected".

5. Information stored on your device

The app caches pharmacy opening hours temporarily on your device (about 6 hours). That data describes pharmacies, not you; it never leaves your device and disappears when you delete the app.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and, because it collects data from nobody, it processes no children's data either.

7. Purchase

OneTap Pharmacy is a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see, receive or store your card details. Refunds are requested through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

8. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Türkiye) you have the right to access, correct and erase your data. Because we collect no data from you, we hold no record to erase or hand over.

9. Limitation of liability

Pharmacy information and on-duty rosters come from third-party sources. We do our best to keep them accurate and current but cannot guarantee it. In an emergency call your local emergency number, and phone ahead before travelling to a pharmacy.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised.
