Not by us — there is no account and no server holding your lists, which is why the app works with no signal and why nobody but you can read them. They are included in your iPhone's own iCloud or iTunes backup if you have backups switched on. Keep them on: if the phone is lost and there is no backup, the lists cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Two active trips at a time. Past trips do not count against the limit — your travel history is never deleted to make room for a new list. Everything else in the free app is unmetered: every ready-made list, the full entry and documents briefing, weather, reminders, the door check, and sharing a list with whoever is coming with you.
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore. If it still does not appear, check you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us.
Every card shows its source and the date that source published it, with a link to the original. If the government page says something different, the government is right — tell us and we will refresh the data. Always check the official source before booking and again before flying.
Forecasts only run so far ahead. Rather than invent the rest, Packwell tells you how many of your days it actually covers and bases its suggestions on those.
That is deliberate. The assistant suggests things to pack; it is not allowed to state visa, entry, vaccination or customs rules, because those come from official government data and a plausible-sounding wrong answer at a border is a real problem. Open the trip's Entry & documents section instead — the official text is there, with its source and date.
That means our service is temporarily down, not that your connection is bad. Everything else in the app keeps working offline in the meantime.
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime purchase does not renew and needs no cancelling.
Delete the app. Everything Packwell holds goes with it, because all of it was on your device. There is no account to close and no server-side copy to request.
